Higher Alignment Exchange and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with the goods and services that you purchase through Higher Alignment.Â If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know.Â If you want an exchange or a refund, please contact Sandy at email@example.com and provide the name and date of the purchase of the class, Playshop, or product as well as the reason for requesting an exchange or refund, including any extenuating circumstances.Â Discretion will be used in determining the appropriate resolution of your concern and/or request.Â Below you will find an outline of our policies.
8-12 Week Classes:Â
1.Â If for any reason you decide to withdraw from an in-person class, we will refund the payment you made for the class in proportion to the number of classes that were held before you request a refund and you will no longer have access to the class recordings.
2.Â You may change from in-person attendance to webinar attendance after one class has been concluded, and you will be refunded the difference in price between the in-person and webinar prices of the class.
3.Â If you register for the webinar participation of a class, you may attend one class in person without further charge. Each additional attendance in the classroom after that shall require additional payment of $25.00.
Playshops: 2 Hours to 2 Days
1.Â If for any reason you decide to withdraw from an in-person playshop, we will refund the payment you made for the playshop in proportion to the amount of time that you participated before leaving the playshop and/or requesting a refund.Â Once a refund is requested, you will not receive the class recordings.
2.Â You may change from in-person attendance to webinar attendance by contacting Sandy at firstname.lastname@example.org before the Playshop begins, and you will be refunded the difference in price between the in-person and webinar prices of the Playshop.Â
3.Â If you register for the webinar participation of a class, and are not able to participate at the time of the Playshop, you will still receive the recordings of the Playshop and any slides that were presented.Â If you decide during the Playshop that you do not want to participate further, please immediately contact Sandy at email@example.comÂ to cancel and request a refund. The refund shall be proportional to your participation in the Playshop and you will not receive recordings of the Playshop or the materials used.
On-line classes and playshops purchased from Higher Alignment can be returned within seven days of purchase. Once a refund is issued, you'll no longer have access to the book and recordings. To request a refund and return content, contact Sandy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges of on-line classes or playshops may be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting Sandy at email@example.com.
If you are withdrawing from a class or playshop or returning on-line products because the information offered by Higher Alignment is not of interest or not appropriate for you, we will remove your name and contact information from our database.
