The Energetic Factors Of A Startup Company
Some individuals have difficulty aligning their employees, constituents and the mission of the organization into a cohesive energetic reality. If we are Feel-First individuals, this ability is critical to our success. While Think-First individuals do the process symbolically on paper, Act-First people need to start and experience the process directly before they feel successful. Bringing the right people together is more of an art than a science and involves making trade-offs between partners, products, constituencies, goals and success criteria. This is why we need a unified mission statement to measure our success in terms that matter to the participants.
Being authentic and creative means engaging our wholeness so there is a natural flow to life. When it comes to our authentic contribution, most of us are learning how to better interact with others. This means accepting our natural gifts so we can share them without provoking reactions in others. As we learn who we are, we begin to see how others are similar or different to us, which opens us up to the possibility of synergistic interactions. This course offers guidelines and trade-offs so individuals have an idea about the consequences of their choices. Putting a company together is one of the most difficult things we can do in life. As we become more conscious and seek greater responsibility for our contributions, we will naturally want to be the steward of our Authentic Life Contribution.
Many individuals choose to go into business by themselves and the tools for success are readily available. Being successful in business is a choice that relies on getting people in your corner supporting you in your vision, and identifying your constituents. When successful, you’re not alone in your venture and learning how to find and nurture those who are in alignment with you is an on-going process.
If you are not going into business by yourself, choosing business partners has the most impact on the success of the organization. The degree of creative actualization is a prime indicator of a conscious contribution, and the defense styles of the partners determine the balance of the company, affecting longevity. The general unity of the organization is influenced most by the WorldView range. While some differences are complementary, others can be self-destructive. It is the degree of responsibility partners have for the organization that is the critical factor for long-term success.
Partners in an organization are the prime attractive agents to bringing together product and service constituents. When partners act in the interests of their constituents, they naturally build great bonds that are necessary to mobilize marketing plans so new constituents can be brought into the group. The growth of the company needs to be carefully managed so we are not pulled into situations where we cannot deliver our products or services. We need to be to build the tools and infrastructure that guarantee customer satisfaction before trying to expand.
An organization needs a clear structure, both legally and financially. In this course, we discuss how to tie our aspirations to the appropriate structure that serves our clients. We use a simplified example company and show how accounting empowers financial abundance. We will also discuss the new tax laws and how to take advantage of S-Corps. The goal of this class is to make the idea of starting your own business more approachable. We want everyone to recognize that the more we are conscious about our desires and can see how our choices make an impact, the more we are encouraged to do so. Unconscious individuals cannot start a conscious organization. It takes changing how our organizations function and grow (to make a difference). Join our merry group of conscious creators for this Saturday event.
